Marty Nickoley
A native of the Chicago area, Marty has always had a creative bent. From dance, to art to little theater, artistic design has been a passion. A BFA graduate in Commercial Art from SMU, she worked in Ad agencies in Chicago, free lanced for OP Pacific and produced numerous logos and package designs. In 1980 she married her husband, Bruce, and settled down in the foothills outside of Denver where they raised 3 children. Twelve years ago, she became intrigued with the interior design and Real Estate staging industry and after seminars and certification, became a Staging Consultant. She also worked as the exclusive interior designer for a furniture company for over 5 years.
With her background in Commercial Art, Interior Design and a love for people, Real Estate Staging and Design has been a perfect 'fit' for bringing her expertise into play in assisting sellers to have their property transformed into a buyers dream. Marty has a strong affinity for excellent service and having an intimate working relationship with her clients, so she became certified in Life Coaching that has complimented her professional staging consultations. Her specialty in staging Occupied Homes has met with great success for a quick sale for top dollar. She values being able to have client satisfaction as she assists them in navigating the process of selling their home and to make it as stress free as possible. She is grateful for the many Real Estate Agents that have put their trust in her to partner together for excellent results! Her hope is to continue to instill that trust in Realtors and Sellers alike across the Denver Front Range and Beyond.
Marty and her husband enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of cross country skiing, hiking and cycling. Whipping up creative meals for family and friends is a culinary delight enjoyed together on the deck or around the hearth. She also enjoys mentoring young women to encourage them in their various roles of life. Staging and people really do go hand in hand!
